About Us

Engin Çoban was born in 1970 to a local Dalyan family.

He went to school in Dalyan before starting an apprenticeship as an electrician in Köyceğiz.  He also worked on the family farm.

To support himself during the summer holidays he started working for a yacht company in Marmaris. Here he began to learn other languages and also the tourism trade. After studying he qualified to work on gulets, taking customers on blue cruises. In the late 1980’s he returned to Dalyan where the tourism trade was beginning to take off.

Together with his wife Lisa, originally from Bielefeld, Germany, they opened several buisinesses. Both within the leisure industry. 

Engin’s introduction to the world of real estate came when a customer asked him for advice. He then project managed the build from purchasing the land through to the completion of the villa. Engin went on to build his own home and subsequent properties for members of his family. He began to fill the role as a project manager for a construction company in 2003.

In 2006 utilising his experience and local knowledge, Engin opened his own construction & real estates company. After 13 successful years this is now expanding into large scale renovation & construction projects.

Originating from both Turkey and Germany we provide the combination of extentive local knowledge & excellent communication skills. This allows us to provide a comprehensive service, incorporating the best of both cultures.
